hello can mail boxes work in 65-70 ft. water at the copper pot??

They can work in that depth, but I dont know what a copper pot is. It also helps to extend the tube down some. They (Herbo) worked the Maravillas down as deep as 90 feet.

The copper pot wreck is an old side wheel steamer that went down off of Myrtle Beach, SC.

There are allot of variables to blowing holes at that depth that you also need to consider. Like your prop size, engine horsepower and current. Depending on the condition of the wreck and any structure that remains you may want to consider using an airlift system for excavation of the site instead of blowers.
