I will be testing an em-83 pulse that is used to locate caves and metals down to 200+ feet. I talked to the manufacture at geo-western and he says it will go 500 feet! Hell 4 feet is to deep for me. Any who looking to interface it to my arc-geo logger for cutting a slice at a time and viewing the anomaly in 3d form.

Home of the Arc-Geo logger imaging system! Now you can see what you've been missing.

500 Feet! That would be way cool. I cant wait to hear how well it works.
To Swim Is Human, To Dive Is SUBLIME
To bag a bug in total darkness . . . . is just the next step.

Well I tested on a septic tank with an 8 foot separation taking a sample every 4 feet. I did a 4x4 grid. It came out great! If all goes well I planning a trip to KY to see KyBob and grid a known cave. So we will see.

Hey Tim, The EM-83has been around for a long time. Bob Shrewsbury has used this detector extensively.

BOB SHREWSBURY, EM-83

I used the numerical cave data from the EM-83, in other Geophysical software with better defined results in color, and showing what appeared to be steps in the cavern and a pathway crossing a small pond of water? Of course, all data is subject to interpretation,so the more information you have the better.

Numerous tunnels have already been located on Kybob, & Beiges properties using photo Dowsing, and confirmed with Ground Resistivity Images,so you will have known locations to compare your EM-83 survey results.

I am particularly interested in a possible cave with Gold, down the hill in back of Kybob son's house, down to the branch.

When are you leaving? Dell
